Add and edit reasons

Procedure 

  1. In the toolbar of the Form List window, click Shared Data.

    The Shared Data Manager dialog box appears.

  2. Click the Reasons tab.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • To add a new reason, click Add and define the reason in the right pane.

    • To edit the an existing reason (Under Construction status), select a reason from the list and edit its name and/or status.

  4. In the Status field list, select a status for the reason from one of the following:

  5. Click OK to save the reasons.

    The changes are saved, the Shared Data Manager dialog box closes, and you return to the Form List.
