Define form status options
You can add and configure two optional status fields in the form footer to provide additional information to aid data collection Group of back-office Contributions from one or more employees connected to a single customer or account captured by DPA. Collections are used for analyzing and improving back-office efficiency and quality.. When you design a form, the status values are chosen from a predefined list. During form fill-out, the user can select the values from a drop-down list.
Form status captions are customized per system in the Caption Editor, and cannot be defined during the form design stage. However, the status and values can be defined in the Form Designer by users with the corresponding right.
