Form footer (summary)

The form footer is a summary component located at the end of the form. It includes a rating field, which is a verbal translation of the achieved score, based on the form calculation. For example, the rating set Medium Ratings, which translates as a score of 50-70 points, can be chosen from the list in the footer.

The footer has the following properties:

• Two custom Status fields can be added to the footer for further data collection Group of back-office Contributions from one or more employees connected to a single customer or account captured by DPA. Collections are used for analyzing and improving back-office efficiency and quality..

• The footer can include instructions and a free text comment field for concluding notes.

• The footer’s appearance is configurable, and can be set to be collapsed or expanded by default.
