Form header

The form header displays the form name and the different actions that can be performed on the form such as flag, save and submit. When filling in the form, the header appears at the top of the form.

• The header can include any instruction that applies to the header, such as an explanation of the custom data.

• A comment text box can be added to the header, to allow users filling in the form to insert a comment that refers to the entire form.

• The header name can be configured.
