Questions

Several types of questions are used to rate employee performance or evaluate enterprises processes and collect information.

Each question is defined by the question text itself, the type of answers available, the scoring method, and scoring parameters.

Questions can optionally include a Reason field. The Reason field can provides an explanation for the scoring of a question or can be a predefined list of available reasons to select from, to explain why a specific answer was chosen.

If you can anticipate that a specific answer is most likely to be selected for a question, the form can be preconfigured with a default answer to save time in filling in the form.

A question can be marked as mandatory to ensure the form cannot be submitted without providing an answer, and can include an additional comment field (1024 characters) for collecting additional information.

As for all other components, an instruction field is available for a question.

A question can be set to be hidden by default, and only shown depending on the way another form question is answered, or based on a value in the form custom data. For more information, see Visibility rules.
