Text field parameters setup

In the Question Type field, select the Text option.

When the user fills in the form, a text box appears under the question text.

No scores are awarded for this type of question.

Textual fields in a form are:

• Comments

• Captions

• Section or category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. names and instructions

• Question texts and instructions.

• Revision notes and header and footer instructions in form-level fields.
