Set up Yes/No parameters

Procedure 

  1. In the Question Type field, select the Yes/No option.

  2. Set the baseline and minimum scores for the question.

  3. In the Scores field, assign a score for each answer.

  4. To enable the Non Applicable (N/A) answer when the user fills in the form, select the N/A check box and type a score for the answer (including zero).

    Verify that the Null check box is not selected.

  5. To disable the Value field for any answer, select the Null check box.

    The answer is omitted from the question scoring.

  6. For regular Yes/No questions: To set a default answer for the most likely response and save time when the user fills in the form, select a default answer from the Default Value list.

  7. For automated Yes/No questions: To define an automated answer rule for Automated Quality Management (AQM), click Define Rule. An automated answer rule determines how the system answers the question during an automated evaluation Form used to review employee performance for a specific interaction, which evaluates proficiency in handling interactions and delivering services to a customer. or when accessing a regular evaluation form with automated questions.
