Define automatically managed KPI for a question

In fully automated (AQM) forms Tool used in the Interaction and Analytics application to evaluate employee performance, and to assess the interactions from the customer’s perspective., automatic source measure and KPI management is selected by default for each question in the form.

Procedure 

1. In the navigation tree of the Form Designer window, select an existing question, or create a new one. See Create form components.

   The Question Properties pane is displayed to the right of the screen.

2. To automatically create and manage predefined source measures and KPIs for the question when the form is published, select Automatically Manage KPIs.

3. Click Save in the toolbar.
