Create form components

You create the structure of your form in the navigation tree by adding sections, categories, and questions, and defining the properties for each component. See Main form component hierarchy, for more information about form structure and hierarchy.

Procedure 

1. In the navigation tree in the Form Designer window, select the component under which you want the new component to appear, and do one of the following:

   • Click New Component.

   • Right-click a component and select the new component from the list.

   The new component is created as follows:

   • When the form name is selected, a new section is created.

   • When a section is selected, a new category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. is created.

   • When a category is selected, a new question is created.

2. To define component properties, in the navigation tree, click the new component.

   The Properties window opens in the right pane.

3. Do one of the following:

   • Properties definition for a section or category

   • Properties definition for a question
