Properties definition for a question

You create a question and define its properties by completing the following tasks in the Question Properties pane:

• Define question text: Defines the question and how it appears in the form.

• Define question type: Defines the type of question to add to the form.

• Define question scores: Defines the parameters to calculate the question score.

• Define automated answer rules : Define automated answer rules that are used by the system to automatically answer questions in fully automated or partially automated forms Tool used in the Interaction and Analytics application to evaluate employee performance, and to assess the interactions from the customer’s perspective..

• Define automatically managed KPI for a question

• Define options for question appearance: Defines whether instruction and comment fields are displayed, whether the question is marked as mandatory, and whether the question is hidden by default.

• Include a reason: Makes it possible to add a reason to the question when shared data is enabled.

• Define instructions for questions: Provides optional text to appear when the form is filled in.
