Define instructions for questions

Procedure 

1. In the navigation tree of the Form Designer window, select an existing question or create a new question. See Create form components.

   The Question Properties pane is displayed to the right of the screen.

2. To add an instruction to appear in the form question, in the Instructions text box, type instruction text (up to 1000 characters).

   Use the formatting toolbar to format the appearance of the instruction text. If you don’t make any changes, the form uses the default formatting, as defined by the System Administrator.

   Changing the text format (such as making it bold) can cause the text you entered to exceed the size limitations for this field. In this case, enter a shorter text.

3. Click Save in the toolbar.
