Define question scores

Procedure 

1. In the navigation tree of the Form Designer window, select an existing question or create a new question. See Create form components.

   The Question Properties pane is displayed to the right of the screen. See Form scoring methods for information on scoring.

2. Set the Baseline Score (optional) for the question. The baseline is a positive or negative value that is added to or subtracted from the form’s score. See Baseline scores.

3. Set the Minimum Score (optional) for the question. The Minimum Score prevents the form’s score from reaching a score lower than this value. See Minimum scores.

4. In the Scores field, define the questions available answers, corresponding scores, and if relevant, the question's default answer. This differs for each type of question. See Set question scoring parameters for information on how to set the scoring parameters for each question type.

5. Click Save in the toolbar.
