Define automatically managed KPI for a section or category
Procedure

In the navigation tree of the Form Designer window, select an existing section or category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions., or create a new one. See Create form components.
The Category or Section Properties window is displayed on the right.

To define automatically managed KPI and source measures for the section or category when the form is published, select Automatically Manage KPIs.

Click Save in the toolbar.
