Save forms
You can use the following Save buttons to save forms Tool used in the Interaction and Analytics application to evaluate employee performance, and to assess the interactions from the customer’s perspective. in the Form Designer Window:

Save New Version
Save As is always displayed. Save and Save New Version are automatically enabled or disabled according to the status of the form you edit.
Consider the following examples:

A Published form also exists as a second version, which has the Under Construction status. When you edit the Published form, the following occurs:

SaveNew Version is disabled because you already have a version of the form with the Under Construction status.

Save is disabled if you make a structural change to the Published form.
Only Save As is enabled. You must create a new form because you can't have more than a single Under Construction version for a form.

Editing a Published or Hidden form can trigger a new form version, depending on which fields you edit in the form. See New form versions overview .

Save: Saves a new form or overwrites an existing form. Save is enabled in the following situations:
Editing the form overrides the current version and does not create a new version. The form retains its current status (Under Construction, Staged, Published, or Hidden) in the Form List. |

Save New Version: Creates a new version of an existing form. Save New Version is enabled for forms with the Published or Hidden status. The new form version is saved with the Under Construction status in the Form List. |
